Thank you to everyone willing to be guinea pigs with their logos. I came up with some fun designs. If you’re interested in getting your existing logo made into an animated flash, please contact me for a quote. Prices start at $75. If you’d like it embedded into your splash page or blog, the cost is an additional $50.

I had so much fun with these! (These are looped for your viewing pleasure. Finally product stops after first loop.)

Oh fun day! I think I’ve tweeted and posted about this everywhere. I’ve finally gotten my head straight enough to learn Flash and am starting to animate logos. Check these out:

For now I’m practicing and playing, so if anyone has a logo that they’d like animated, contact me and I’ll give it a shot. Eventually when I get good enough I’ll start charging it as part of our services.

Yeah, so I’m just a ((little)) behind on the social networking thing, but better late than never, right? Hey, as one of my New Year’s resolutions, I’m surprised I managed to accomplish it before January was over (because we all know resolutions are moot after January).

So without further ado, you know the drill!

Portfolio Gallery Examples

I wanted to post some examples of portfolio gallery formats that can turn your blog into a blogsite. Come back here for more examples added.
Pretty much any of these galleries can be styled to match your branding colors.

EXAMPLE 1
Slideshow Pro version, additional $29 cost for 3rd party software. This one is pretty exciting because I’ve been using SlideshowPro for years and this is the first time I’ve tried out the plugin for Wordpress. There are a ton of options that can be configured for this one, so I’m only going to show a few of them here.

Numbered navigation, fade transition

EXAMPLE 2
Thumbnail navigation, slide transition, bottom navigation

EXAMPLE 3
Minimalist look. LOVE THIS ONE! Navigation is hidden until mouse hover. Next and Previous hover links appear as well.

As you can tell, all of these slideshows can be embedded in a post, but the best way to utilize them is to build your portfolio galleries with them. Even better, you can use them for client proofing. Just insert them into a password-protected page and send the link and password off to your client!

If you’re interested in organizing a group buy, please spread the word about this offer. I will be accepting group buys, one group a month, for 5 custom built blogs for $300 each. Stipulations for the group buy include:
- each blog must be pre-designed, with a jpeg mock-up. Blogs will be custom built from these mock-ups.
- group buy must be pre-paid.
- a designated contact person must be chosen for the group, although contact will be made with individuals during the building process.

If you are interested, but don’t have a group that you know of to join, please contact me and maybe I can point you to one.
