I’ve taken a little time in this off-season to work on my own photography site, transforming and combining my blog with my business site. If you’d like to take a second to check it out, go to http://designfocusstudio.com. Basically I replaced the splash page to my flash site and made it a blog page instead. Nifty, eh?

I have no pricing structure for blogsites at the moment, so I have been quoting a price depending on what it is you’d like included in it. For example, my blogsite links back to my flash site where my galleries are located, but an alternative would be to create the galleries within the WordPress blog itself. This can be done a couple different ways depending on how you want to manage and interface your galleries. Just send me a detailed description of what you’d like for your blogsite and I can come up with a custom price.

Second bit of news is that I will be out of the office February 13-18th. We’ll be in the mountains playing in the snow and hopefully not spraining another ankle.

If you haven’t visited Barb Uil’s (aka Jinky) blog lately (but seriously who hasn’t?), check out the changes that we made to it.  After she had previously “broke” the first blog I designed for her, she had reverted back to her old blog.  Happily, she came back to me with an almost-total redesign.  Now she’s filled her new blog with gorgeous archived images that are comment-able (yay!)
